We offer domestic and international standard delivery and express delivery. Additionally, we may offer free shipping on orders over AU$150 within Australia and AU$200 for International orders (US, CA, EU, NZ) or special promotions. Exchange or Return of Goods

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

  • All sales of products marked as "on sale" or at a discounted price are final and are not eligible for return or refund.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

If your order hasn't arrived yet, don't worry! It may take a bit longer than expected due to factors such as shipping carrier delays or customs clearance. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you're still having trouble locating your package, please reach out to our customer support team, and we'll do our best to help you.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

As much as we'd love to deliver to you on public holidays, our shipping carriers are closed on those days, and we are unable to process or dispatch orders. Please note that delivery times may also be affected by public holidays, so we recommend placing your order in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to most postcodes within the countries we serve, but there may be certain areas that are not covered by our shipping partners. To check if we deliver to your postcode, simply enter it at checkout, and our system will let you know if delivery is available. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team, and we'll be happy to help.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

It depends on the shipping carrier and the value of the package.
